The Day the Wheels Started to Come Off

Lunch:
peanut butter sandwich (350)
brussel sprouts (100)
CCM's yogurt (he wanted to share) (25)

Afternoon snack:
green and beet smoothie (200)

Dinner:
honey lentils (200)
bread and nutella (150)

Oreo McFlurry (550)

Sigh.

There's something going on in me that's spiritual, and part of eating that tonight was in response to that. I have work to do.
