I'm not sure it'll "stick", but I'm finally below 140. At least I got to see it today, and I'll work hard to stay there. At the end of the day, I realized that I spent 140 calories on candy. That's a lot, 10% of my calories went that way. Yikes!

130s!!! Congratulations! I saw 130something once. Um, a decade ago. Gee, thanks for the motivation to get out of my office and off my ass! (No really, I was going to write a blog, but time to go to the gym!)
