"cake components" Hah! Better than "cake batter", I suppose. :)

Actually, I said that because it was more than batter. I also had to make the caramel for the caramel cream filling and the whipped cream frosting, so a couple tastes of each is probably right around 100 calories. We did have fun licking the spoon, though!
