Jan 4--The Day of the Would-Be Migraine

Any of you that get migraines know your triggers (hopefully, at least). Mine mostly coincide with the barometric pressure, not enough sleep, and too much exercise, which is exactly what it's like here right now. Eating salty carbs is a great way to fend one off, and in fact carbs in general seem to help. That might help explain why I ate nearly 500 calories at church alone. Nice. Not sure those size 7 CK jeans are going to fit by the Music Man's birthday trip!
